Ship's agency services in the ports of Bremerhaven, Bremen and Cuxhaven

We offer services for marine operations, support during ship’s maintencance / dry docking, crew change, delivery of spare parts, bunkers and lubricants. We also provide assistance in Marpol and port state matters, organisation of custom clearance, forwarding and arranging surveys.

Loading/Unloading of vessels

Our company terminals cater for a logistics space of 115,000sqm using five moorages with a water depth of up to 11,30 m (37 ft). We are using cranes and gantry cranes to move heavy and project cargo between freighters, docks, trains and lorries. We have four elevators and a palletiser available to unload conventional fruit ships. We work a two shift system between 6am and 10:30pm to ensure that ships and cargo can be catered for.

Freight Services (Containers)

Situated close to the Eurogate Terminal of Bremerhaven, we offer short transfer routes for the containers to our terminal where we arrange customs clearance, Phyto and quality control, loading, unloading and storage as well as overland transports. All information about your container is collected via the internet platform of the database of Bremische Häfen.

Conditioned Storage

We offer cool chambers close to out terminals at the free port Bremerhaven and offer 0° for 20,000 palette spaces and 90 hookups for reefers for climatised containers. We also offer 47,000sqm of covered storage space and vast open storage spaces. We load and commission goods between 6am and 8pm. If requested, we will use a barcode scanning system and supply dispo information to our customers.

Transport

We organise shipping via lorry and train for part loads and full loads starting from Bremerhaven, Bremen and Hamburg as well as from all European ports. Our emphasis lies on fruit cargo. We produce or obtain the necessary documents, register the loading/unloading and are in constant contact with the port cargo handling agencies.

Forwarding

As custom agents, we are licensed in various simplified clearance procedures. Our high level of expertise and comprehensive experience has been expanded throughout the years. We are in close collaboration with the customs authorities and work with ATLAS and NCTS. Our main advantage is the location of our sites in the free ports of Bremerhaven and Hamburg, which allows short-term storage and relocation of imported goods with subsequent disposition or customs clearance.
